Referrals and Admissions

Click on the links to obtain a copy of a referral form. The programme is available to adults over the age of 18. However, there is also a treatment programme available for young people under the age of 18 at St Patricks Hospital new Adolescent Services.

All enquiries regarding funding and treatment costs should be directed to patient account services on (01) 2493200.

If you require any further information regading the programme and a persons treatment these can be addressed during the individual assessment once the referral has been sent.

Referrals for those under the age of 18 should be addressed to Dr Sarah Buckley (Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist) and Ms Toni O'Connor. Referrals should be sent to the Dean Clinic in Lucan.
