 Referral to the programme is through the persons' G.P. or Consultant Psychiatrist.   Click Here for a referral form for adults and here if the person you are referring is under the age of 18. All referrals for those under the age of 18 should be addressed to Dr Sarah Buckley (Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist) and Ms Toni O'Connor. These should be sent to the Dean Clinic in Lucan.

An initial assessment is made by the Eating Disorder Programme staff and a review of the patients suitability for the programme is carried out by the multidisciplinary team.  Following this the patient is admitted to the programme.
